Welding

It’s one of the cheapest and common ways of connecting two materials together. All of the welds and other types of machining are performed by qualified specialists, using modern equipment.

Types of welding

We use most of the modern electric welding methods: manual with electrodes, semi-automatic and with protective gases.

The connections made with welding allow to:

2. Reduce the mass of parts – up to 50% compared to foundry products, such as pipes or rods, up to 20% compared to rivets

Which materials do we weld?

We weld stainless steel, black steel, aluminum. Black steel is one of the most common materials in welding, it’s also one of the cheapest welding operations. But thanks to proper anti-corrosion protection and layering those kinds of constructs will serve you well for a very long time.

Aluminum has a lot of advantages, it’s used in airplane constructions for a reason. But it has one flaw – it’s very hard to weld. That’s why welding aluminum and it’s alloys should only be performed by experienced welders – our welders.

Milling

A huge part of machining process. It’s a highly efficient and a very common method of processing steel surfaces. Milling in our company is performed on modern machines, we accept orders for milling ready pieces, or do it in the process of producing your construction. We work in steel, stainless steel, polymers and plastics. Based on your drawings or samples, we’ll pick the most optimal and the cheapest technological process that will work for you and we’ll start the production.

Lathing

Another part of the machining process is lathing. It consists of working external and internal surfaces of a turned material, including cylindric and conical, cutting, drilling, threading. Lathing is made on a lathe machine with the help of drills, knives and other cutting accessories that cut the material to set amount.
